  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Unsweetened almond milk – ¾ cup 180 ml
  • Maple syrup – 1½ tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Neutral oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Pinch of salt – ⅛ teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Add oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients until evenly mixed.
  3. Pour almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oil into bowl.
  4. Stir gently until smooth batter forms.
  5. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat lightly.
  6. Pour ¼ cup batter per pancake onto pan.
  7. Cook 2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip.
  8. Cook another 1–2 minutes until golden.
  9. Serve warm with confidence.
