Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded vegan mozzarella
  • ½ cup vegan pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp plant milk for brushing crust

Method
 

  1. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, and warm water into dough. Knead until smooth.
  2. Cover, let rise 1 hour until doubled.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
  4. Divide dough into four equal balls, roll into circles.
  5. Spread pizza sauce on half of each circle.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, add pepperoni slices, and season with oregano and garlic powder.
  7. Fold dough over filling, press edges with fork to seal.
  8. Brush tops with plant milk.
  9. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot, ideally with extra sauce for dipping.
