- 1 vegan ham roast store-bought or homemade
- ½ cup maple syrup vegan honey substitute
- ¼ cup bourbon or apple juice for no alcohol
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of ground cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, vinegar, and spices in a bowl.
Place vegan ham roast in roasting pan and brush with glaze.
Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with extra glaze drizzled on top.
