Ingredients
  

  • 1 vegan ham roast store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup maple syrup vegan honey substitute
  • ¼ cup bourbon or apple juice for no alcohol
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Mix maple syrup, bourbon, mustard, vinegar, and spices in a bowl.
  • Place vegan ham roast in roasting pan and brush with glaze.
  • Roast for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting every 20 minutes.
  • Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve with extra glaze drizzled on top.
