Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegan honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped spring onion

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium.
  2. Place plant-based pork chops in the pan and cook 4 minutes per side.
  3. Mix vegan honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chops.
  5. Simmer 3–4 minutes until glossy.
  6. Flip gently to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with spring onion and serve warm.
