Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey and soy sauce, then mix well.
  4. Add shredded chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for 4–5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Prepare bowls with cooked rice as the base.
  7. Add honey garlic chicken on top.
  8. Arrange broccoli and carrots alongside.
  9. Garnish with green onions and serve.
