Method
- Pat tofu dry and slice into fillets.
- Mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat tofu gently.
- Whisk maple syrup, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, and water in a bowl.
- Pour glaze into the slow cooker.
- Place tofu fillets on top.
- Spoon glaze over tofu.
- Cook on LOW for 2 hours.
- Carefully lift tofu out.
- Garnish and serve warm.
