  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Raspberry Coulis

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Measuring Cups
  • Serving Glasses
  • Refrigerator

Method

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Heat cream, milk, and honey in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling. Stir until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved. Add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture into serving glasses. Chill for at least 4 hours until set and smooth.
  5. Cook raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until softened. Blend and strain for smooth coulis.
  6. Spoon raspberry coulis over panna cotta before serving. Keep layers neat for presentation.

Notes

Adjust gelatin for softer or firmer texture. Do not freeze, as texture breaks down. Handle gently when serving to maintain structure. Customize flavors with different fruits or extracts. Store covered in refrigerator up to three days for best quality.
