- Pour mixture into serving glasses. Chill for at least 4 hours until set and smooth.
- Cook raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice until softened. Blend and strain for smooth coulis.
- Spoon raspberry coulis over panna cotta before serving. Keep layers neat for presentation.
