Method
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon honey in a bowl.
- Toast walnuts lightly in a small pan until fragrant.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating both sides evenly.
- Place slices onto skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove and top with toasted walnuts.
- Drizzle remaining honey over toast and serve warm.
