Ingredients
  

  • Bread slices – 4 thick slices
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Honey – 2 tablespoons
  • Walnuts chopped – 1/3 cup
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter or oil – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and 1 tablespoon honey in a bowl.
  2. Toast walnuts lightly in a small pan until fragrant.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  4. Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating both sides evenly.
  5. Place slices onto skillet and cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  6. Remove and top with toasted walnuts.
  7. Drizzle remaining honey over toast and serve warm.
