Iced Chocolate Almond Milk Shaken Espresso Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Espresso: ½ cup 120 ml
  • Almond milk: 1 cup 240 ml
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Pinch of sea salt optional

Method
 

  1. Brew espresso and let cool slightly.
  2. In shaker, add espresso, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond milk.
  3. Add ice cubes generously.
  4. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds until frothy.
  5. Pour into tall glasses over fresh ice.
  6. Sprinkle cocoa or cinnamon on top.
  7. Insert straw.
  8. Sip with confidence.
