Ingredients
  

  • Matcha powder: 2 tsp
  • Pineapple juice: 1 cup 240 ml
  • Coconut milk or almond milk: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Agave syrup: 1 tbsp
  • Cold water: ½ cup 120 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Whisk matcha with cold water until smooth.
  2. Fill glasses halfway with ice.
  3. Pour pineapple juice evenly into both glasses.
  4. Stir in agave syrup.
  5. Slowly add coconut milk for a layered effect.
  6. Top with whisked matcha.
  7. Swirl gently for a marbled look.
  8. Serve immediately with a straw.
