Iced Strawberry Milk Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Fresh strawberries: 1 cup 150 g, hulled
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Almond milk: 2 cups 480 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp

Method
 

  1. Add strawberries and maple syrup to saucepan.
  2. Simmer 3 minutes until soft.
  3. Mash into a chunky syrup.
  4. Strain for smoother texture.
  5. Add syrup to blender with almond milk, vanilla, and ice.
  6. Blend until frothy.
  7. Pour into glasses.
  8. Garnish with strawberry slices.
  9. Sip like it’s self-care.
