  • 2 cups kale chopped
  • 200 g firm tofu cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. 2 cups kale (chopped)
  2. 200g firm tofu (cubed)
  3. 1 tbsp olive oil
  4. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. ½ cup shredded carrots
  7. ¼ cup cucumber (sliced)
  8. 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  9. Salt and pepper to taste
