Lemon Garlic Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets: 4 6 oz each
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest: 1 tsp
  • Garlic minced: 4 cloves
  • Fresh parsley chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano: 1 tsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: ¼ tsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush mixture over salmon.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until salmon flakes with fork.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
