Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based turkey mince: 250 g
  • Breadcrumbs vegan: ¼ cup
  • Flaxseed powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Water: 2½ tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Onion powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Paprika: ½ teaspoon
  • Black pepper: ¼ teaspoon
  • Salt: ¾ teaspoon
  • Mini burger buns vegan: 8
  • Lettuce leaves: 8 small
  • Tomato slices: 8 thin
  • Vegan mayo or mustard: 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. Mix flaxseed powder with water and rest five minutes until gel forms.
  2. Combine plant-based turkey mince, breadcrumbs, flax gel, olive oil, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Shape mixture into eight small patties evenly.
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  5. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and firm.
  6. Slice buns and toast lightly if desired.
  7. Assemble sliders with patty, lettuce, tomato, and sauce.
  8. Serve warm while confidence stays high.
