Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats: 1 cup
  • Brewed coffee cooled: 1/2 cup
  • Plant-based milk: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, cocoa, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add coffee, plant milk, maple syrup, and vanilla; whisk well.
  3. Divide into jars, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir before serving.
  5. Add shaved dark chocolate or berries if you’re feeling extra.
