Mocha Light Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Espresso: 2 shots 60 ml
  • Almond milk: 1 cup 240 ml
  • Cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
  • Maple syrup: 1–2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes: 1 ½ cups
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp

Method
 

  1. Brew espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. Add espresso, almond milk, cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla, and ice to blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  4. Pour into tall glasses.
  5. Optional: Dust with extra cocoa.
  6. Insert straw dramatically.
  7. Sip, roll eyes at emails, repeat.
