Nitro Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Recipe

A frothy vegan nitro cold brew topped with silky sweet cream for a refreshing, indulgent coffeehouse-style treat at home.

Ingredients
  

  • Cold brew coffee: 2 cups
  • Plant-based heavy cream oat or coconut: ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1 tbsp
  • Ice cubes optional: 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Brew strong cold brew and chill well.
  2. In a bowl, whisk cream, vanilla, and maple syrup until slightly thickened.
  3. Charge dispenser with nitro cartridge and pour cold brew.
  4. Pour into glasses.
  5. Top with sweet cream.
  6. Serve immediately.
