Method
- Blend oats into a fine flour if not using pre-made oat flour.
- Whisk eggs, milk, oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating evenly.
- Place slices onto skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side.
- Cook until golden brown and slightly crisp.
- Remove and serve warm.
