Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup peanut butter natural or creamy
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour or oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup plant milk
  • Optional: 2 tbsp chopped peanuts or chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Mash 2 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients.
  4. Stir in peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and plant milk.
  5. Add dry ingredients.
  6. Mix in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  7. Combine.
  8. Stir until smooth; add nuts or chocolate if desired.
  9. Fill the pan.
  10. Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.
  11. Bake.
  12. Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes or until firm and golden.
  13. Cool and slice.
  14. Let the loaf rest before cutting.
