Method
- Mash bananas.

- Add dry ingredients.

- Combine.

- Fill the pan.
- Pour batter into a lined loaf pan.
- Bake.
- Bake at 175°C for 40 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Cool and slice.
- Let the loaf rest before cutting.
