Ingredients
  

  • Bread slices – 4 thick slices
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Milk – 1/4 cup
  • Peanut butter – 1/4 cup
  • Banana – 1 large sliced
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter or oil – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Spread peanut butter evenly on two bread slices and layer banana slices on top.
  3. Cover with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  4. Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating both sides.
  5. Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  6. Place sandwiches onto skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  7. Remove, slice, and serve warm.
