Method
- Whisk eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Spread peanut butter evenly on two bread slices and layer banana slices on top.
- Cover with remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Dip each sandwich into egg mixture, coating both sides.
- Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
- Place sandwiches onto skillet and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Remove, slice, and serve warm.
