Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture to baking pan and press evenly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then slice into bars.
