Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats — ½ cup
  • Peanut butter — 3 tbsp
  • Banana — 1 large
  • Unsweetened plant milk — 2 cups
  • Maple syrup — 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds — 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes — 1 cup

Method
 

  1. Add plant milk into blender.
  2. Add banana, rolled oats, and peanut butter.
  3. Add maple syrup, chia seeds, and ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  6. Pour smoothie into glasses.
  7. Serve immediately.
