Method
 

  1. Whisk eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Heat skillet over medium heat and add butter or oil.
  3. Dip each bread slice into mixture, coating evenly.
  4. Place slices onto skillet.
  5. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.
