  • Coconut oil melted – 2 tablespoons
  • Pumpkin spice – 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add oats, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, spices, and salt to a bowl.
  3. Mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract separately.
  4. Combine wet mixture with dry ingredients until thick dough forms.
