Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups canned chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat chickpeas dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread chickpeas evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25–30 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crunchy.
  6. Allow to cool slightly, then serve as a snack or salad topper.
