Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based chicken breasts: 4 pieces
  • Garlic cloves minced: 4
  • Fresh rosemary chopped: 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil: 3 tbsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper: To taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat plant-based breasts evenly with marinade.
  4. Place in roasting pan and roast 25–30 minutes until golden and fragrant.
  5. Flip halfway for even roasting.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
