Ingredients
  

  • Rotisserie chicken – 2 cups shredded
  • Lettuce leaves romaine or butter lettuce – 8 large
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic – 2 cloves minced
  • Ginger – 1 teaspoon grated
  • Olive oil or sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Carrots – 1/2 cup shredded
  • Green onions – 2 tablespoons chopped
  • Lime juice – 1 tablespoon

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, then sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add shredded chicken and soy sauce, then mix well.
  4. Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
  6. Lay lettuce leaves flat on a surface.
  7. Spoon chicken mixture into each leaf.
  8. Top with carrots and green onions.
  9. Serve immediately.
