Method
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, then sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken and soy sauce, then mix well.
- Cook for 3–4 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
- Lay lettuce leaves flat on a surface.
- Spoon chicken mixture into each leaf.
- Top with carrots and green onions.
