Ingredients
  

  • Rotisserie chicken – 2 cups shredded
  • Whole wheat wraps – 2 large
  • Greek yogurt or mayo – 1/4 cup
  • Lettuce – 1 cup shredded
  • Tomato – 1 medium sliced
  • Cucumber – 1/2 sliced
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon

Method
 

  1. Shred rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Warm wraps slightly in a pan if desired.
  4. Lay wraps flat and add lettuce evenly.
  5. Spoon chicken mixture onto wraps.
  6. Add tomato and cucumber slices.
  7. Roll wraps tightly, folding in the sides.
  8. Slice in half and serve.
