Ingredients
  

  • Espresso: 2 shots 60 ml
  • Oat milk or almond milk: 1 cup (240 ml)

  • Maple syrup or agave: 1 tbsp
  • Vegan caramel sauce: 1 tbsp
  • Sea salt: Pinch

Method
 

  1. Brew 2 shots of espresso.
  2. Heat 1 cup plant milk in a saucepan until warm.
  3. Whisk cocoa powder and maple syrup into milk.
  4. Froth until smooth and foamy.
  5. Pour espresso into mug.
  6. Add chocolate milk mixture, stir gently.
  7. Drizzle vegan caramel on top.
  8. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt.
