Method
- Cook angel hair pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, about 4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in mushrooms and artichokes. Cook 5 minutes until tender.
- Pour in vegetable broth and lemon juice. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Simmer 4 minutes.
- Toss in cooked pasta and parsley. Mix well until pasta absorbs sauce.
- Serve hot with extra lemon wedges if desired.
