Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based pork chops
  • ½ cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan on medium.
  2. Place vegan pork chops and cook 4 minutes on each side.
  3. Mix BBQ sauce, soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour mixture over the chops.
  5. Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick and glossy.
  6. Flip chops to coat evenly.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
