Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based ground beef — 1 lb
  • Burger buns — 4
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
  • Sriracha sauce — 3 tablespoons
  • Lettuce leaves — 4
  • Tomato slices — 4
  • Red onion sliced — ½ cup
  • Vegan mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons

Method
 

  1. Add plant-based ground beef to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into mixture.
  3. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties 4–5 minutes per side.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Spread vegan mayonnaise on bottom bun.
  8. Place lettuce and cooked patty on bun.
  9. Drizzle sriracha sauce over patty.
  10. Add tomato and onion slices.
  11. Cover with top bun and serve.
