- 4 vegan chicken fillets about 6 oz each
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Sauté spinach and garlic in olive oil until wilted, about 3 minutes.
Mix sautéed spinach with vegan cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
