Ingredients
  

  • Rolled oats: 1 cup
  • Chia seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Plant-based milk: 1 cup
  • Maple syrup: 2 tbsp
  • Fresh strawberries diced: 1 cup
  • Shredded coconut unsweetened: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1/2 tsp
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix oats, chia seeds, coconut, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and strawberries.
  3. Divide into jars and seal.
  4. Refrigerate 6–8 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and top with extra berries or coconut.
