Method

- Add protein, onion, garlic, flax mixture, oil, soy sauce, paprika, pepper, and two tablespoons ketchup.
- Mix gently until cohesive and softly textured.
- Press mixture firmly into loaf pan.
- Spread remaining ketchup evenly over top.
- Bake for 40 minutes until set and lightly caramelized.
- Rest loaf 5 minutes, then slice cleanly.
