Ingredients
  

For the Vegan Tandoori Chicken
  • Vegan chicken cubes – 250 g
  • Vegan yogurt – ½ cup
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 tsp minced
  • Ginger – 1 tsp grated
  • Tandoori masala – 1.5 tsp
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin – ½ tsp
  • Salt – ½ tsp
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
For Serving
  • Onion rings – ½ cup
  • Lemon wedges – 2
  • Coriander – 1 tbsp chopped

Method
 

  1. Add vegan yogurt, lemon, garlic, ginger, tandoori masala, turmeric, chili, cumin, salt, and olive oil to a bowl.
  2. Coat vegan chicken cubes evenly.
  3. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread cubes onto skewers.
  5. Grill on medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Let edges char slightly for authentic flavor.
  7. Serve with onions, coriander, and lemon wedges.
