Ingredients
  

  • 4 plant-based chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce vegan
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, pepper, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Coat plant-based chicken thighs in the marinade.
  3. Let rest for 10 minutes for deeper flavor.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Place thighs in the pan and cook 4 minutes each side.
  6. Brush extra marinade while cooking to thicken the glaze.
