Method

- Add 14 oz plant-based ground turkey and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, carrots, and snap peas. Cook 4 minutes while stirring.
- Pour in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Combine cornstarch with water, then add into skillet.
- Cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens and coats vegetables evenly.
- Drizzle sesame oil and stir once more.
- Serve over 2 cups cooked brown rice.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
