Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Simmer 3 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to sauce, and whisk until thickened.
- Pour half the teriyaki sauce over salmon, reserving the rest.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
- Drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with green onions.
