Ingredients
  

  • Salmon fillets: 4 6 oz each
  • Soy sauce: ¼ cup
  • Maple syrup: 3 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar: 1 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves minced: 2
  • Fresh ginger grated: 1 tsp
  • Cornstarch: 1 tsp
  • Water: 2 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds: 1 tsp
  • Green onions sliced: 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk soy sauce, maple syrup, vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Simmer 3 minutes.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water, add to sauce, and whisk until thickened.
  4. Pour half the teriyaki sauce over salmon, reserving the rest.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. Drizzle with remaining sauce, sprinkle sesame seeds, and garnish with green onions.
