Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Recipe

A creamy toasted white chocolate mocha made with espresso, plant-based milk, and sweet toasted chocolate flavor, finished with whipped cream.

Ingredients
  

  • Espresso: 2 shots 60 ml
  • Oat milk or almond milk: 2 cups (480 ml)
  • Vegan white chocolate chips: ¼ cup 40 g
  • Brown sugar: 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Vegan whipped cream: 2 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon optional garnish: 1 pinch

Method
 

  1. Brew two shots of espresso.
  2. In a saucepan, heat oat milk over medium.
  3. Stir in white chocolate chips until melted.
  4. Add brown sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk until smooth and frothy.
  6. Divide espresso evenly into mugs.
  7. Pour chocolate milk mixture over espresso.
  8. Top each with whipped cream.
  9. Sprinkle cinnamon if desired.
  10. Serve immediately while warm.
