Ingredients
  

  • Plant-based ground turkey — 1 lb
  • Grated zucchini — 1 cup
  • Grated carrot — ½ cup
  • Breadcrumbs — ½ cup
  • Olive oil — 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
  • Burger buns — 4
  • Lettuce leaves — 4
  • Tomato slices — 4

Method
 

  1. Add plant-based ground turkey to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix zucchini, carrot, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper into mixture.
  3. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat skillet with olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties 5 minutes per side.
  6. Toast burger buns lightly.
  7. Place lettuce on bottom bun.
  8. Add cooked veggie patty.
  9. Add tomato slices.
  10. Cover with top bun and serve.
