Ingredients
  

For Veggie Sticks:
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 celery stalk
For Guacamole:
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped cilantro and chili flakes

Method
 

  1. Wash and cut all vegetables into sticks or bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mash avocados until creamy.
  3. Add lime juice, tomato, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Optional: stir in chopped cilantro and chili flakes for extra flavor.
  5. Serve veggie sticks alongside guacamole in a bowl.
  6. Enjoy immediately or chill in fridge for 10–15 minutes for enhanced flavor.
