Method

- Cream coconut oil, brown sugar, and cane sugar in a bowl.
- Add plant milk and vanilla, whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until dough forms.
- Fold in white chocolate chips and macadamias.
- Scoop dough balls onto baking sheet.
- Bake 11 minutes until golden at edges.
- Cool on rack—or burn tongue eating one hot.
