White Chocolate Mocha Recipe

A rich vegan coffee drink blending espresso, melted white chocolate, and plant milk for a creamy, indulgent pick-me-up.

Ingredients
  

  • Espresso: 2 shots ½ cup strong coffee
  • Vegan white chocolate chips: ½ cup
  • Plant-based milk almond, oat, or soy: 2 cups
  • Vanilla extract: ½ tsp
  • Maple syrup optional: 1 tbsp
  • Whipped coconut cream optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Melt white chocolate with plant milk in a saucepan over low heat, whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in espresso and vanilla.
  4. Taste and sweeten with maple syrup if desired.
  5. Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream, and serve hot.
