Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plant-based beef crumbles
  • 2 medium zucchinis spiralized
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup bell peppers sliced
  • 2 tbsp spring onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Prep noodles.
  2. Spiralize 2 zucchinis and set aside.
  3. Heat the pan.
  4. Warm 1 tbsp olive oil and add 200g plant-based beef.
  5. Add aromatics.
  6. Stir in garlic and ginger.
  7. Season.
  8. Add soy sauce, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
  9. Add veggies.
  10. Toss in ½ cup sliced bell peppers.
  11. Add noodles.
  12. Cook zucchini noodles for 1–2 minutes until lightly softened.
  13. Finish.
  14. Top with spring onions and sesame seeds.
