  • Broccoli florets — 2 cups
  • Carrots sliced — 1 cup
  • Green onions — ¼ cup
  • Cooked jasmine rice — 2 cups
  • Rice vinegar — 1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch — 1 tsp
  • Water — 2 tbsp

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and grated ginger; cook 1 minute.
  3. Add 12 oz plant-based ground turkey and cook 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in broccoli and carrots; cook 4 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, water, and cornstarch.
  6. Pour sauce into skillet and stir thoroughly.
  7. Cook 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Drizzle sesame oil and mix gently.
  9. Serve mixture over cooked jasmine rice.
  10. Garnish with green onions.
