  • Breadcrumbs — ½ cup

  • Cumin — 1 teaspoon
  • Salt — 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper — ½ teaspoon
  • Burger buns — 4
  • Lettuce leaves — 4
  • Tomato slices — 4

Method
 

  1. Add black beans to mixing bowl.
  2. Mash beans using fork until mostly smooth.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until combined evenly.
