  • ½ cup coconut oil softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups vegan chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
