Coconut Lime Banana Bread Recipe
Because tropical vacations are expensive and carbs are cheaper.
So you’ve got bananas dying on the counter again? Fabulous. Toss in coconut, add a splash of lime, and boom—vacation bread. This vegan loaf tastes like it belongs on a beach with a tiny umbrella drink in its hand. It’s fluffy, tangy, sweet, and makes your kitchen smell like a yoga retreat you can’t afford. And the best part? No animal products, no weird guilt, just a slice of sunshine. Bake it when your mood needs SPF 50 or when your brunch table demands applause. Either way, it’s citrusy chaos in a loaf pan, and we love her.
