Ingredients
  

  • 200 g plant-based beef crumbles
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup mushrooms sliced
  • ¼ cup onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat the skillet.
  2. Warm 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp vegan butter.
  3. Add aromatics.
  4. Sauté 1 tbsp minced garlic and ¼ cup onions until fragrant.
  5. Cook the plant-based beef.
  6. Add 200g vegan beef crumbles and cook until lightly browned.
  7. Add veggies.
  8. Toss in ½ cup sliced mushrooms and stir well.
  9. Season boldly.
  10. Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
  11. Finish beautifully.
  12. Sprinkle 2 tbsp parsley and serve hot.
